Oscar Solis Football Camp

Ok Parents!! If you have a son in the 5-8th grade and he is into football. You should send him to this camp!! It is going on this week at Tiger Stadium from 8:30 - 12:30 and next week in Lubbock. Please come out and support this former Tiger and Red Raider as he try's to help give back to our town!! The kids have a wonderful time learning and working out with the big guys that Oscar brings in! It's also neat to see the boys that are Slaton Tiger's right NOW in High School or just graduated that are student coaches helping out and giving back because they want to see the program succeed. That's some TIGER PRIDE!! Oscar's saying is "Empowering youth ON and OFF the field." And truly by watching what happens at the camp he truly is!! Here are a couple of my favorites from the camp so far.

Adam and Victoria

Here is Adam and Victoria! They are so sweet! Adam called the other day and asked if I would take their pictures because his girlfriend would be gone all summer visiting her mom so he wanted pictures before she left. With graduation and everything going on. We found an hour inbetween everything and got it done.. I could have easily said "Im sorry Adam but I have no time" but I just couldn't.. I made time! And im glad I did! I had a wonderful time getting to know them as a couple. I told you all about Adam when I did his senior pictures, so it was neat getting to know Victoria also... These are a couple of my favorites. I love the ones by the band hall door. This is how they met this year was in band.. thanks again Adam for asking me!!

Stacie and the Girls

This is my niece Stacie and her three girls.. Let me introduce you the them I will give you their real name and then Brad's name for them.. lol.. They are Rashana (Chuncky Love), Rashell (Chocolate Thunder), and Rashey (Vanilla Twist).. They are just too cute.. They are a handful but they are so sweet at the same time.. But anyways...She has been asking me to take pictures of her and the girls for a couple of weeks and we finally got a chance sunday to go.. We went to a couple of places around town and ended at the park.. We had fun!! We burned up and it was at 10 in the morning but it was still fun!! lol.. But here's the pictures. Have a blessed day!!

Christ the King Prom

Well just posted the Slaton Pre-Prom Pictures.. Thought I would post a couple of the Christ the King Prom.. This was such an AWESOME experience for me!! I got to actually go to the prom and be there taking pictures!! Thanks to Cam and Matt referring me to them and Tish asking me about it!! So thank yall so very much!!! I had a blast.. It was so fun!! I took my sister (Christina) with me because its gotten to where on outings like this i have to have help with the paperwork stuff.. But anyways we laughed and they kids were so very much fun to be around! So again thank you!!!

Ok so I am still working on pictures.... Computer is lots lots better.. Website is up and running also!!! So all is good.. Well almost.. Still trying to get pictures back transfered from hard drive to other drive.. But hopefully I will figure that out soon.. (LIKE TODAY)!! lol.. But anyways...

I got to take some of the pre-prom pictures the ones Im putting on here are mostly jr ones becuase ooops.. I didn't get many Sr ones because well couldn't be at 2 places exactly at the same time.. Prayer Request

Ok!! Normally I don't do this but please I know that several people check my blog daily.. I have a HUGE favor to ask... Please say a prayer for my friend Becky!! She works with me at the foodbank. She is pregnant and is only 6 months along.. The last three months she has had tons of problems already.. She is in great jeopardy of having the baby early, she went to the doctor today and they admitted her...But anyways... Please pray for her and her lil baby girl that she's going to have that Becky be able to carry her a lil longer. Thank you!! denise PS I promise more blogs and pictures coming up soon!!!
